The Leadership Challenge

Leadership within the Mass Production model has been well defined in terms of attributes, habits, intelligence, and heroic determination. In the new context, Leadership is a Process, not a person. Leadership is about creating Trust around intention and translating that intention into reality.

The transformed organization is the Collective Intelligence of its people. It's a network of teams. People own the responsibility for their own performance because it is vital to the success of the WHOLE business.
